Let me verse my excitement over your book WHEW, such good stuff, such a Great Book.
I read the entire book in one afternoon, and literally could not seem to put it down. Wes, what you are saying has to have a tremendous impact upon all of the Christian world as well as the unsaved. After reading your book, I am convinced, if you are not more hungry than ever before for the things of the LORD, if you do not desire a closer than ever relationship with the LORD, if you do not want to fall down in repentance and humility, if you do not want to prostrate yourself in worship of a holy GOD, if you do not want to cry out with a loud voice the praise and worship of a most worthy LORD, if you do not want to jump up immediately and receive the HOLY SPIRIT and "all" that HE has to give us then call the undertaker and let them bury you, for you are "dead". I so much appreciate your sharing your life and the things that happened to transform you into the servant of God that you have become - praise God, only HE could have done that! I am reminded of those who "hunger and thirst after righteousness", for you have written a book that will allow them to be guided into the Word, which enables them to come to the LIGHT of the TRUTH. Thank you Brother, for allowing me to have the opportunity to read such a dynamic work of the HOLY SPIRIT through a truly broken and willing vessel. It blessed my very soul. It gave me such a heart check - that my desire for HIM could be a whole lot more if I would just allow HIM instead of the "more of me."

After reading this book I just want to thank you and at the same time say, it is about time.It is time for a book like this be available to the average Christian. It is time to look at our relationship with the Lord and ask, Is this all there is? The answer is no, it is not! It is time for us to let God out of the box that we have put him in and really get to know him for who he really is. It is time for us to stop playing Church and start to be the Church that Jesus intended us to be. This book shows how someone who was caught in the ranks of religion, took the chance and crossed over to the side of where God really is. Someone who was serving the idea of God and began to serve God himself. Because God is not a thought or idea! But a true, living powerful God! And where he is allowed his freedom, we will see a true, powerful and living display. And we will say, Oh my God, it is real! And our lives will never be the same. Thank you Jesus!

Wes & Donna Geiger are God-given friends who have ministered deeply to my husband and me even though our relationship with them is rather new. When Wes asked me to write a forward for his book, it could only have been at the urging of the Holy Spirit, for Wes himself knew little about me that would cause him to invite my thoughts to be part of this work.
Perfection in grammar and punctuation has always been one of my pet peeves, but by the time I had read to the end of Wes' first chapter, my heart was so thoroughly involved that I didn't care if he ever capitalized again. At the time I was snuggled in a plush chair next to a fireplace in a homey apartment, increasingly oblivious to the conversation around me because the words you are about to read took me to the living green tree tops where no bird could sing for the agony in the air. The natural mother in me wept and grieved, and all I could think was, "look what the Lord has done!" Only He could take such a beginning and turn the broken and rejected child of these pages into the warmhearted and genuine man we now know.

I urge you to prepare yourself before taking this journey with Wes. Jeremiah 33:3 "Call to Me and I will answer you and tell you great and un-searchable things you do not know." [NIV] Be willing to encounter an anointing which causes the gentle finger of God to push through whatever veneer you may have painted on your surface, probing into the deepest recesses of your heart to cauterize gaping wounds you didn't even know existed. You may think you're holding a book; actually, it's the open, honest, vulnerable heart of a healed and whole man who invites you to come to His Savior to become healed and whole yourself. Make certain you know where to get more copies; the men in your life will be forever changed by the wind of the Holy Spirit blowing here.

Thank you, Wes, for being courageous enough to obey the Lord's instructions and bless us with this truth. Education isn't the yardstick for intelligence or effectiveness. You may not have institutional letters of distinction behind your name, but God has branded MINE on your heart. All the knowledge of earth cannot equal His touch.
